Jo is a fantastic product designer and untangler of complex problems. I was fortunate to work with Jo for a long period during our time at Meta. Jo led design on several strategic initiatives that delivered significant impact for our product’s customers and their users. Collaboration with Jo was a breeze, even when she was (rightly!) challenging my perspective.
